1.It is used as a flattening agent to reduce gloss in lacquers and varnishes, it has perfect flatting effect, perfect dispersion and perfect transparent.  

2.Anti-blocking. Plastic films and sheets are often rolled or piled after final processing. These films tend  to adhere to each other at the many points of the contact; a phenomenon called blocking. Silica Flatting agent has proven to be extremely effective in the prevention of blocking.

3. Plastic Industry.

4. Adhesion and thickening. Silica Flatting agent effectively prevents stickiness and separation while providing emulsifying stability in these applications.

5. Sensitized paper Applications. Silica flatting agent has been widely used to improve the printing performance of photographic printing onto diazo-sensitized paper, second traced paper, and photographic printing paper. Additionally, there are applications for information-recording paper such as electrostatic recording paper, sensitized paper, and impact paper.
